Dr. Al Gobar

Dr. Al Gobar is one of the most respected real estate economists in the nation.  He was president and chairman of Darley-Gobar Associates, Inc., in 1966,  and was principal of Alfred Gobar  Associates,  a real estate consulting practice from 1972 to 2006.  He has lectured in economics and finance at Whittier College, University of Southern California, California State Universit, Los Angeles, and California State University, Fullerton.  He has over 150 journal articles, trade magazine reports and academic papers published over the past 40 years.  His opinion on economic conditions and real estate investment is most sought after.
