Laws are meant to be the Rules of Play, by which our civilized life may be lived in ordered liberty.  Courts, and the judges in them, are the referees.  But sometimes laws have unintended consequences.  Unscrupulous individuals will use lawsuits, enabled by laws passed by our legislature, to victimize others who meant no harm.  This page is devoted to interviews which explore our increasingly litigious society.
