Jesse A. Torres, newly appointed director of the U.S. Small Business Administration's "Small Business Development Centers for Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties" has his offices on the campus of Cal State University Fullerton.  Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo School of Business and Economics works with Mr. Torres.

Jack Toney is Director of the Statewide Procurement Assistance Program of the Federal Technology Center (FTC).  The FTC is a non-profit corporation based in Sacramento which offers free  training and support to small businesses wanting to offer goods and services to the government.  The certification and application process to do business with the government is complicated and daunting.  That's why the FTC can be a great help to local businesses, increasing their bottom line by adding the government as a customer.   Hear about all the seminars and one-to-one counseling offered by the FTC on this podcast.
